He discusses the stigmas associated with enlargement of the prostate, or benign prostatic hyperplasia, and why more education is necessary to absolve these misconceptions. McVary is a professor of urology at the Stritch School of Medicine and director of the Center for Male Health at the Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois.
